Parcel scheduled for delivery 29/11/2013.
Phoned and told parcel to be loaded on van @ 11-30am.
Yodel phoned pm to check address as driver had different address.
Address confirmed and assured delivery would be made as arranged.
Later e mail received stating delivery would be made in next two days.
Telephoned and assured yet again that parcel on van and would be delivered as arranged.
9pm e mail received claiming delivery attempted but we not in.
Lies we have been in all day waiting for parcel..
In future will refuse to do business with any company using these people.

The villa looked wonderful on the website, but on arrival there were several problems.
Toilet seats were loose making use somewhat precarious.
Towel rail hanging off the wall.
Cooker hob chipped and no instructions.
Barbecue not cleaned.
Patio door broken glass.
Photo on website showed hand rail to pool, on arrival no handrail.
What turned out to be a jaccussi was described as a children's pool.
Pre holiday Alarm instructions were inadequate.
Villa plus attended very quickly but very little was resolved.
However villaplus rep was very attentive, even went and bought kitchen scales which were not normally provided.
Villa was described as disabled friendly but some of party were unable to access pool without assistance due to lack of handrail.
Wrote to villaplus on return regarding problems, mainly regarding missing handrail.
Vp advised that we should have checked before booking, not happy!
