I ordered my shower easily from the website, very straightforward, and payment taken no problem.
However, I got a call a few days later to say the product has not been in stock for more than a year and they didn't know how I managed to order and pay for it. I was promised a refund. When this didn't happen, I emailed. I got a call straight back to say someone would call me. I emailed again when I heard nothing and got an email back quickly to say my refund has been done but will take up to a month to go through. I am not happy about this as the payment went through quick enough.
However, Support staff do respond quickly.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused. It would appear that the link you clicked on to bring you to our website was an old link and had not been updated by a third party. This enabled you to add a disabled product to a basket. The content team have been made aware of this technical glitch and they have released an upgrade to remedy this issue.
