So excited when I recieved gift of Wowcher voucher for 7" Android Tablet on 11th Dec 2012 for a Christmas present from my daughter. Redeemed it on the day and was promised it would arrive in 10 days. Xmas came and went and it arrived on 5th Jan 2013. On same day, it crashed. I contacted Bluebud twice about this but was ignored. The Tablet I received did not live up to the desciption Wowcher gave it in their advert. It freezes, the charger connection is faulty, the battery runs out in 15 mins and it is totally unreliable for internet connection and in every possible way. I have returned it to Bluebud (as requested for a Refund), but so far they have never answered the phone or my e-mails and I am having the same problem with Wowcher. Wowcher do not deal with Returns on the phone so you are at their mercy when you have to e-mail and they do not have the decency to reply. Very poor service from both Bluebud and Wowcher. At the moment , I have no present, my daughter is out of pocket and I'm getting no reply from either of the companies involved.
