Everything I ordered was packed superbly, delivered promptly and one item which was out of stock lead to a quick refund. Tracking could be improved for the customer if the names of French places were shown. France is a big country and the distances are great. The customer could then work out from the place shown the exact date of the delivery but at the moment it is guesswork. The "tracking"details obviously satisfy the requirements of those firms which deliver but not the customer. It is common fault for most delivery firms not just Parcelforce.
