Missguided

very poor

I ordered from miss guided and I was very excited as the clothes on the website were gorgeous and many people had given me good reviews on how nice the clothes were. I ordered a lovely top for a party I had that weekend (I ordered on the Tuesday) and thought that 4 days would be more than enough time to get it delivered, I also took advantage of the free next day delivery, I was really happy with my purchase. Days passed and I still didn't get my order, I beginning to worry and it comes to the day before my party when I ring up the company who were delivering my order (DX) and they inform me that miss guided had forgotten part of the address so my order was never even delivered when missguided had informed me it had. I received false information and am very annoyed. It has made me very reluctant to shop from miss guided again, extremely angry.
