DISGUSTED with service - use this company at your peril.

I ordered a funeral bouquet to be delivered yesterday. Order confirmed and money taken. I decided to call an hour ago (one day after expected delivery) to confirm they had been delivered as I had no email or text to say they had.

iFlorist had a "transmission" issue on their end which meant my order didn't get passed to Spain (although they didn't think to contact me to tell me this). I was promised a call back before they closed at 5.30pm this evening to see if they could get something delivered today. The lady on the phone actually didn't even offer this as an option - she offered me a refund which didn't really help me get flowers delivered to a funeral!

Its now 17.46 and I'm still waiting for a call.

Have ordered from Interflora and will be chasing a full refund with compensation.
