Sensible, fast survey at a good price

I was buying a flat in a block built only 8 years ago. I was in doubt whether it was worth getting a survey done especially since the flat is presumably still under NHBC warranty (not that that is worth much). I didn't want to spend £400 plus which is what I had been quoted elsewhere.

Miller Metcalfe could do the survey quicker and for a more reasonable price than the other surveyor I contacted. The survey seems very thorough and has given me all the information I need.

I would therefore recommend them. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that surveying a new-ish flat is possibly not that demanding - I couldn't say how well they would handle a bigger or older property.
