Exante Diet

Absolutely Brilliant

I started on the Exante diet to lose 3 stone for my wedding in July. i have been on the total plan for 3 weeks and have already lost 16lbs. i have not found the diet difficult at all and all the shakes, soups, bars, pasta and porridge are tasty i haven't had to add any seasoning to them at all although a spoon of coffee in the vanilla shake is delicious. I would reccommend this diet to anyone who is serious about losing weight.
