Nick the surveyor made the experience a great one, shame he was let down by the back office staff when I queried the year the house was built, the value of the property and how much it would cost to rebuild it, all of which you need for insurance purposes. Michelle kindly informed me that these "technical" queries would cost me an additional £150!! A basic valuation tells you all of these things and yet the survey with all the bells and whistles and costs you the most only gives you the year the house was built.
If it wasn't for Nick who was very customer oriented they would have got 1 star. If Nick was the only one I dealt with after booking they would have got 5.
