I bought a limited edition ps3 game from zavvi.co.uk and the package came with the special edition content but no game, so I called and emailed zavvi and they arranged for a complete replacement to be sent to me the following day with special delivery and even let me keep the first package which was very kind of them even though the game went up in price. Absolutely the best customer service I have experienced with a website and they went beyond what I was expecting even though it wasn't there fault that the manufacturer had forgot to include the game in the packaging. Best customer service ever and fast delivery definitely buying from them again especially as they seem to have great special edition games like metal gear solid and max payne3.
