Awful, just awful!
I missed my parcel due to being at work. They decided to drop it off at a local Post Office, nothing to do with my choice. They said they wouldn't redeliver because it's at a Post Office. So, I asked why I paid for them to deliver it then?! So on a Wednesday, they said ok we will deliver Saturday! Yay.... NO! Friday night they phone me to say they won't be doing so, and I will have to collect myself! I was told this was because I arranged only today for it... well was hard as I was at work! >.> Plus it had been Wednesday I arranged it. I was spoken to like an IDIOT by customer services, treated so rudely! When I asked for the reps name, she wouldn't give and told me no senior staff was there to talk to. Like I believe they run shifts without a senior member of staff on! I was hung up on in the end >.> GREAT SERVICE PARCEL FORCE! Now I have to go out my way and collect it when I don't have the time! TYVM! :) Will never use you guys again!
