Very Poor Service
We ordered a Sorea shower suite however on delivery the shower tray and pedestal were damaged, taps and spare toilet seat missing. Customer Service were very quick in responding to our original communication and arranged for replacement of damaged items and despatch of missing items however when delivered the shower tray was the wrong one

Thank you for your valued feedback. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused, I can confirm the 900 Quad Tray has been dispatched today. It would appear that the replacement error (following the damage in transit) was a result of human error.
Once again we unreservedly apologise for this mistake and we are taking proactive steps to ensure this does not happen again.
