DX, is the most horrible horrible ever delivery service. I don't know why it is being used by UKBA. They hire illiterate and dumb people for their deliveries. I made a special delivery request and paid £7.00 , waited 3 hours and in the end got told the driver is not satisfied by my identity ( Full Driving Licence, Utility Bill). Isn't it a joke ?
