I ordered all of my day and evening invitations from bride and groom direct with reply cards. When they arrived they were beautiful and i got amazing comments about them, they came beautifully packaged as well. I then went on to order the order of service. Here i had a problem. They arrived in the wrong colour i wanted burgundy and they were fuschia. The inserts were not stuck in and were left loose so likely to fall out and go missing.
I rang customer services in a panic as my wedding was under 3 weeks away but there wasnt anyone who could help me as it was a weekend. I phoned back on the Monday and i spoke to a lovely lady called Ellen who sorted the whole thing out. I received the whole new order within 4 days of sending the old order back. She could not have been more helpful and i feel went above and beyond her duty to take the stress out of my wedding.
