Good quality and very helpful on the phone
Very happy with product (Cube oak bathroom vanity unit) which was good quality and well packed. Pre-delivery contact and help with delivery arrangements was very good - everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful when I had to change the previously made arrangements. The only negative thing was that the day before it was due to be delivered I had a phone call to say that delivery would be delayed and it would be between 9 and 12 the day after - in fact it was 2pm before it arrived which meant I had to re-arrange the handyman who was going to plumb it in for me at very short notice.

Easy to use website, which is always a good start! Product (bathroom mixer tap) arrived extremely promptly, before expected, was well packaged and good quality.
