I ordered a chair from www.infurn.com on 19th of February 2013. I had never heard about the company before and was seduced by a "buy before midnight and get 30 percent off"-deal. So far so good. However, right after I placed the order, I thought that I should probably have done some research on the company before making a purchase. So I did. It quickly turned out that there were alot of bad reviews on the company on Trustpilot and the company had even been on Danish television for being a scam company! I therefor, less than two hours after placing the order, emailed the company saying that I wanted out and I wanted my money returned to me account. I never got a respond.
On their website, Infurn states that the customer can cancel their order completely and get a full refund within seven days of placing the order. But what good is that if the customer service don't respond when you email them! It has now been five days, and I have sent countless emails insisting that I want to cancel my order and get my money back. Everytime I get the automatic respond that my email has been received and the support team will get back to me shortly. I never hear anything from them!
If Infurn read this, I don't want you to explain or appologize here, I just want to get my money back NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I

I felt I should respond to your review as your comments are not accurate.
You ordered last week Tuesday 19th Febuary and asked on Thursday 21st to cancel, and we are sorry you did not get an earlier response but there was a weekend in between and we are responding today.
The website does not say that the customer can cancel and get their refund within 7 days but rather, that if you ask for a cancellation within the first 7 days of placing the order you will be refunded within 30 working days.
Of course you are entitled to this as you asked within a week of placing the order, and you will be refunded days as per the Terms and Conditions.
Although we admit you did not receive a quicker response, there has been no scam here and we hope you will revise your comments also upon receipt of your refund.
