A very bad service,don't buy from ValueBasket.com!

I odered Boss Speakers 3 February 2013. The money was taken immediately,and, how I found out later from my bank, somebody tried to take money for the same order 6 times, it's why my credit card was blocked by my bank. But it was only the first problem. During 3 weeks I tried to find out the status of my order, and every time I heard the different story, sometimes I was told that the order was despatched, sometimes that it was ready to despatch, sometimes it was delivered, a few times they said to me they didn't have any order from me at all! I couldn't believe in what I was told! I was very upset and very angry! I went to Internet and read a lot of reviews about ValueBasket.com. Oh,my God, I wasn't alone! So many people had the same situation. Of course, I should go to internet before I placed my order and maybe I would be able to avoid all my problems. Today I applyed for a full refund. Dear people, I will tell you how it was getting on. But now, I would like to give you advice, avoid this company as long as possible.
