Secret Escapes

Could not praise the Staff enough

We had booked a 2 night stay through Secret Escapes, then a couple of days before travelling was taken ill.
Contacted Secret Escapes to explain and they could not do enough to help. ie contacting the Hotel that was booking, phonong me back with update & helped get a refund.
Absolutly Brilliant service.
