Initial order 6250352 on 24th January (later 25372338), with confirmed dispatch on 26th. No products delivered by 5th February. On myprotein order delivery status, no order was found. I contacted customer services who told me the order had been completed as far as they were concerned but would call me back in two hours after looking into it. No-one called back. Next person I spoke to told me I had to wait 24hours for it to be investigated - again no call the next day. I called back and was told I should have completed and signed a form for it to be officially investigated. I asked if the order could just be cancelled so I could replace the order and again the answer was no and that I would have to wait. I completed the form immediately and waited another 24hours. Still no call back. In my final call to customer services they offered to resend the order but by this time I requested first class postage as I had already waited too long and been without my supplements for training for days! This was initially answered with a no as the orders cannot be changed on the system but after talking to a manager the order was cancelled and my account was recredited so I could make the order from scratch. I also wrote messages about this on the online messaging system and was only responded to once by one person while on the phone to them. I don't think there was any "malicious intent", thus the two stars, however, zero stars would have been appropriate otherwise. I was without my products for a long time, no-one called me back or seemed to know how to solve the problem and there was no real apology. If I find equally priced products elsewhere, then I will no longer shop from myprotein.
