I have recently received my first purchase from Shoetique: a pair of Fitflop trainers. The original pair that I ordered were rather bright in colour, so I contacted Shoetique by phone, so that they could talk me through the process of 'returns' and forwarding me a similar pair in a more subdued colour. The staff were very helpful in guidung me through the process and, on both occasions, returns and delivery were very efficient. Their Courier was Royal Mail and hence reliable, unlike delivery from a similar supplier, whose Courier was 'Yodel', who, as with a previous delivery from Debenhams, proved very unreliable.
