It's Turning out to be a horrible experience

I have been using Entropay for over two years now. When i first started using this website, i had an amazing time. The service was good, the customer service was good and it was a good experience. However, off late, the services of Entropay have deteriorated. The Customer service team takes plenty of time to respond back. Problems and queries are not addressed well and now it seems that Entropay is only bothered about earning profits. They no longer care for customer satisfaction. I have been a premium customer with entropay but now i feel that the time has come for me to stop using their services.

I am actually editing my review now. It has been four days since i wrote this review and to my astonishment, the services that i am receiving has become worse. Entropay has stopped replying to my queries and they are not crediting merchant refunds to my account. I think its time for me now to search for alternatives to Entropay.

Hi Alok,

As a loyal EntroPay user I am a bit lost for words on your experience. I have investigated your issue and have to hold my hands up, this was an error on our part - I am very sorry for what happened. Not to go into too much detail, a missing file resulted in the delay and I understand it has all been resolved now - better late than never, hey.....! I know the damage has been done, but this was an isolated incident and I have fully advised the team that we need to ensure this cannot happen again - apologies again!
