I ordered as I needed next day delivery. This did not happen. The delivery was rearranged 3 days later but I asked specifically for help with the bed to get it up stairs as I would be on my own.. I was told 3 times that this would not be a problem. Guess what, when the courier arrived with the bed, he told me that Bedworld had not paid for a 2 man delivery which was the only way that they would be able to move the bed upstairs for me; It was left on my doorstep. My 3 year old had no bed to sleep on for 3 further days until I could get someone to help me. I rang to complain and was told by another colleague that they never pay extra. I felt that I had been treated badly as they just wanted to get me off the phone. I would never use this company again.

We use a 2 man delivery team to carry large/heavy items.
