I originally called up Total Warehouse to rearrange the delivery address from my place of work to my home address as Im home at the week ends when the post arrives.
During my telephone conversation I was informed that you only operated a Mon to Fri delivery service by your employee, I asked for my next day fee back all of £ 4.98 or whatever it is and was told that this wouldnt happen as its company policy .
So the way I see it is, I paid for a next day delivery that couldnt happen and your company policy is to pocket the cash in these circumstances ,rather than inform the purchaser that a next day Friday orders means a Monday delivery ,never saw in big letters
CUSTOMERS ARE REMINDED THAT FRIDAY ORDERS DO NOT RESULT IN A SATURDAY DELIVERY.
OUR DELIVERIES ARE MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY .
