5 stars - says it all !! We sold our property in Spain and used Currencies Direct to transfer the money back to the UK. During a very stressful period with the sale, at all times we were dealt with expertise and professionalism, as well as courtesy and friendliness, and put at ( relative ) ease that we were in safe hands. We were talked through every stage, and every question and query ( and there were lots ! ) was dealt with in a well mannered way. I was sent the wrong cushions, and initially I was unable to talk to anyone and left messages. Once I was through to an agent I cannot fault the custommer service I recieved , Janet phoned me back and organised a pick-up and delivery of the correct cushions within days, contacting me regularly with an update.
