I ordered a large funeral spray for my Mother's funeral. The picture on line was beautiful so I used them instead of Interflora. After the funeral was finished I was standing outside looking at the floral tributes, but couldn't see mine there.
Turned out it was there, but nothing like the picture. It was just a bundle of twigs and poor quality blooms tied in a bunch with a tatty piece of pink florist's ribbon. (to be honest, at first glance they looked like something left there from a previous day).
It was a terrible experience. I corresponded with an online help desk who advised me to send my complaint via email.
When the telephone line became available I spoke to a young girl who told me complaints have to be dealt with by post and sent to their offices in Lancashire. I tried to get the name of their manager and was given the name '[Name removed]'. I was told they were not allowed to give out his surname. This smacks of a company that has something to hide. I notice also, that they do not give their address details on the website which is also highly suspicious.
It remains to be seen whether I receive any acknowledgement or compensation.
