I have had no cause to complain about Very until now. An item was missing from my order but it was entered onto the invoice, I understand the human error factor. What is unforgivable is when I called customer service, a somewhat nonchalant and insolent employee (0164) couldn't and did not give me straight forward answers. I chose to ignore her attitude as long as she did her job and logged the query and raised the issue with the relevant department. I called back a few days later as nobody from Very had been in contact and spoke to another advisor, who answered my questions and set the wheels in motion, I fond out that employee 0164 never even logged my query. So I would have been expected to pay for an item i never receieved???? Bang out of order.
