Absolutely Shocking. I've had the displeasure of having to use Interlink twice now - Both times nothing has been delivered as I was apparently "not at home" Both times I have not only been at home, but I didn't even receive a card saying I wasn't at home. Basically, the driver hasn't been bothered to do his job.
Today was worse, i paid an extra £20 to get my parcels here today (Saturday before 12) because they were required for Sunday. I've been up since 0630 with my little boy, so they couldn't have come early. I checked at 10 O'clock to see what time they are due, to be told that they've already been and I wasn't in. WHAT A JOKE. Try and ring customer services to get a redelivery? Oh, you aren't open on a saturday. Of course you aren't - So you don't deliver nor work on a saturday.
Thanks for the extra money I wasted. Thanks for the extra time I had to sit in the house and wait for you to not to deliver it. Thanks for the time I have to take off work to drive to Bicester to pick up my own parcel. Thanks for the extra cost of petrol that I have to pay for now. Infact, Thanks for nothing.
Yes - I would like my money back. Yes - I want my parcel being delivered when I'm at home. Today, when I ACTUALLY NEED IT. Yes - I want an apology.

Sorry that you have experienced these issues with Interlink Express. We certainly don't want you to hold a negative view of us, and I'd like to apologise on behalf of Interlink for any inconvenience caused to you. Although delivery was initially delayed, I see that the driver returned shortly after 1pm to complete delivery - was everything okay?
