I purchased a tablet from Bluebud via Wowcher. Like previous reviewers I had to return it to the repairs/returns department of the company. However, despite emailing them twice and the Bluebud once I have not heard from them with regard to the status of the tablet. I have purchased a number of items via Wowcher both for myself and as gifts and have never had cause to complain until now. I have today asked Wowcher to intervene on my behalf and hope that they respond favourably and get my tablet fixed and returned to me as soo as possible.
