I would not recommend that any one use XLN they do not offer any customer service. did not connect my broadband but still charged me two months! one month was from 13th- 28 th =15 days but still charged for full month when we asked to cancel they what to charge £99.00 cancellation fee for what they did not connect, so what are they cancelling!!!!!!!
