Maybe it is just me! I ordered a Beko Condensing Dryer on 13 January which I neede fairly urgently; I was prepared to wait the week or so the website said delivery takes. However after they had taken my money was informed that there was no forecast delivery date and could take a while.
Not too concerned, these things happen, so cancelled my order in writing and went with another company (only £10 more expensive and delivered next day) requesting a refund, preferably as quickly as it was to charge my debit card.
No communication 2 weeks later (although they did attempt to deliver said item), I rang them, all very apologetic and promised a refund. Another week passed I decided to write a mildly threatening letter asking for my money back.
And here I write nearly 5 weeks later having just sent them a recorded letter threatening to take them to court. Still NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT from them (although they have signed for the letter). I can't believe that they can be so unprofessional. All the communication has been from me, there isn't a court in the land that won't enforce them to pay.
If your order has gone well (as many have) great, if you haven't ordered yet PLEASE THINK TWICE, because if all goes wrong, you'll never hear from them again!
