Being my first online order of a custom computer, I was understandably concerned about how this would turn out. Luckily everything went incredibly smoothly. The PC was built and dispatched under the estimated twelve days, the delivery service specifies the exact hour of the day they'll be delivering, and the PC itself runs like a charm even with maxed out settings on such games as Metro 2033 and Planetside 2 (maintaining a surprisingly low temperature, too).
My single reservation is a minor one to say the least: PC Specialist provide a constantly updated status on what stage of building your computer is at, as well as a flowchart to give you an idea of how much is left to do. Yet from the Monday of the order until the Saturday evening it was still on the first first stage, leading me to believe it wouldn't be arriving until a further two weeks. Yet an hour or so later that night I was notified that not only was the current stage complete, but that actually it had just gotten all the way from the first stage to the fourth, as it was now built. It was a little jarring but it's hard to feel annoyed that the computer was assembled far faster than I was led to expect, which is why I still highly recommend this site.
