We had delivery of the two red bar chairs in 2 days, easy to put together and wonderful quality. VERY SATISFIED!
I ordered and PAID for 2 white bibendum Eileen Grey replica chairs on the 26th of august. Have been contacted by their (actually friendly!) team multiple times after angry mails and despite promises of delivery still have received nothing. On the
30th of december I wrote them a mail that clearly states that unless they are able to deliver the chairs the week of the 25th of february I request a full refund. Poor mr. [name removed] from their support team answered me by phone and mail that they can only offer me an 80% refund because their agreement states that you have to cancel within 7 days to get a full refund. 6 months! of waiting is considered normal by this company?
Honestly, I have ordered multiple times by other internet companies selling replica furniture and always received the furniture before the set time. I actually believe that INFURN has no furniture to sell. Therefore my fellow internet buyers, WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY. To the poor people working for this company, I wish you strength!
My bank is now looking into the matter and I have contacted my lawyer.
