Product was not delivered by the courier first time. Needed to contact the courier to arrange another delivery date, which was after the required date. I had about another 30 items delivered over the period to my home or neighbours without any problems.
The product was not the one I had ordered and I needed to contact your helpdesk to arrange for the correct product to be sent. I am still awaiting delivery of the original product.
The service provided ensured that all my questions were answered in termenology that I could easily understand. The fiendly advice given by Kennie ensured I was comfortable with the pace being taken during the decision making process, without feeling pressurised to sign up. It also proved that my current provider could not match the provider I selected, following the options made available to me.
