being big and old does not mean being good; rather means unorganised and weak. good things do come in small packages. looks likie thay have lost whatever sense of care they used to show in the past for their customers. I have had some issues with them in the past related to bills, line rental, broadband, direct debit etc which were usually sorted with little effort. But the recent one with our mobile became the most negatively memorable experience. So much that we decided to port to different provider where we are much happier.
We have booked with a number of travel agencies online, on phone and direct with the airlines also hiowever when we switched to southall travel few years back we decided to stick to them. we have been very satisfied with this agent in terms of service as well as the prices. some basic issues happen every where however we have found these people to display sincere concern and make efforts to try and make the prompt corrections. On one ocassion we were booking with them to go to india less than 2 months from our last visit. But the southall agent pointed that it was not possible due to the then prevailing immigration policy for india. We were glad as we have had experiences in the past that despite knowing travel agents will keep you in dark just to make some money. besides good after sales, their prices are among the best in the industry and we would definitely recommend them especially for India far east and middle east.
Booked with them once few years back and have faced no issues although the client service could be improved in terms of issues that arise after making the booking and money paid. The deals they have are fairly good but not the cheapest. We got what we expected from them.
