We ordered my son a personalised Brazil youth football kit. Phoned to make one minor adjustment to the name. The order was adjusted as requested. 20th December comes, no football kit. We speak with customer services. Lots of apologies, order is 'lost' in the system. No items in stock. No Christmas present from Father Christmas. But don't worry we were given a 20% voucher off our next order. Excellent, except item is still not back in stock. Polite E mail chasing, but I am being ignored, no responses from the team leader Arti Nardani. Real shame. Clearly customer care is not important to Kit bag. The minimum I would expect Arti is a response to my E mails. Ignoring just makes the customer more frustrated.
