good service but flight US

I have no complaints about Flightstore but not too happy with wilcopub.com. I recently purchased Airbus A380 fs but cannot download to Windows 7.I asked wilcopub for advice, to which they replied, but was of no use to me at all. I am not familiar to computer Jargon as regards prog. files and I don,t want to alter settings if everything else is working ok. If it is,nt broke, then don,t fix it, is my philosophy. I am now trawling the internet for a logical answer.
