Wrong barcode on box - so ended up with with wrong item - but a happy ending.

I ordered last season's K2 Girls Grom pack (100cm board, size 10-12 boots) for a discounted price, received a 110cm board, boot size 2.
Arranged with my local store to get the right size, and discovered through them that the barcode on the one I'd received was wrong and didn't match the contents. Had to fork out more money to get this season's model in the correct size, otherwise I'd have to face a very upset 4 year old.
Not very impressed - someone's silly mistake cost me more money.

Update: Within a couple of days Ellis Brigham management very kindly contacted me and offered to refund the difference in price as it was their mistake. They have redeemed themselves - I would happily use them again, knowing that if there was a problem it can be sorted out in a fair way.
