I ordered late tickets for One Direction at the O2 Arena in London on 24th of Feb. I ordered them on Wednesday night and was sceptical as to whether they would arrive on time. Thursday morning I received an email saying the tickets had been dispatched and would arrive on Saturday through Royal Mail. It is now Saturday night and still no tickets, I need them for tomorrow! I tried every number I could find and none worked

Update: found a number and phoned up this morning (morning of the concert) and told viagogo that my tickets hadn't arrived, they promised a full refund. A few hours later I recieved a phone call and they had been able to find me a replacement eticket which I personally think is in a better location than the original ticket I purchased. No fuss an no extra charge I now have my eticket and am going to the concert!
Happy with their service and the bloke I spoke to on the phone, Rob, was very apologetic even though it wasn't viagogo's fault but Royal Mail's. Very happy with them! Will use them in the future but will definitely order the tickets more than four days before the event! My bad!
