Suffering a flat tyre on a Friday afternoon, and because it was worn out anyway, the requirement was to to get a new one hopefully by Monday morning. However, and as they rang to explain, this threw Blackcircles into a bit of a spin as they couldn't guarantee delivery to the chosen garage by then. What to do since their delivery van can't move at the speed of light - especially after a weekend?? Despite a bit of lack of co-ordination between the garage and themselves over exact timings, it all came right in the end but you'll have to see if your processes can cope a bit better when the awkward cuss like me has a flat on Friday afternoon and wants it sorted by Monday morning!! Given the circumstances it was all done with a brilliant sense of customer care though, for which your staff should be credited.
