I have signed up on Badoo long time ago. There were times when I made a payment to be able to use a wider variety of services. But I always made sure my account wasn’t on automatic renewal.
In spite of that I had been charged again. It happened two years ago and one month ago last time.
When I was notified of the renewal I logged on and checked my setting, even it said my payment was not in renewal mode. After getting contatct with the customer service I got a polite mail how I can turn off the automatic payment option – which wasn’t on - and nothing happened.
I had filled a claim in my bank both times and got my money back.
