I was mostly very happy with the service we received from Viator particularly the reminder emails, i have already recommend this site to friends who are travelling overseas this year. The only things I found I didn't like that on some of the tours we didn't know that they would be in several langues which we found to be frustrating especially on the all day tours, but we did understand why though, but probably would not have taken these tours. The other thing was that as we were in Europe for three months we didn't book everything before we left as we want to play some things by ear, however as we could not print the vouchers and didn't want to carry the laptop with us we didn't end up booking it would be nice if you could just show ID for the tours when you don[t have a paper copy or e-copy
