Dissapointed.

started well with availabliity and next day delivery included in the very competitive price. however that is where thegood news finished,

ther bed frame arrived as planned but with not matress, was informed by the delivery driver that the mattress wil be delivered later in the day by nightfreight,

at no point during the purchase process did i see that there would be 2 separate deliveries, low and behold there was no second delivery on the day and i had to spend 4 days on a sofa bed until i could arrange for delivery of the matress, even then i had to meet the driver 3 streets away and carry a king size mattress to my house as the driver refused to help, I called bedworld several times about this, either i could not get through or was promised a call back which i never got.

the bed was delivered missing parts and to this day i still do not have a complegte bed to sleep on.

the overall quality of the bed (minus the missing parts)is good, was easy to construct and comfortable.

just leaves a sour taste when you shell out a fair amount of money and dont get what you paid for.
