We were sent three items, one was incorrect, sent an e.mail to Customer Services, got one back that said too busy to answrer at this moment, so waited for over a week, nearly past the number of days eligable to return, sent another e.mail, again too busy, so phoned sales, who e.mailed a returns postage label, and said if we email a proof of postage they will send the correct item, nearly 2 weeks passed, heard nothing, My wife then phoned the sales and had a moan, resulting in the correct item finally being sent. All in all pretty poor Customer Service
