I had my worst ever online shopping experience with them but they KEEP sending emails asking for a review!
I ordered. I received confirmation of dispatch. Three weeks later I found out my order had not in fact been dispatched. When I did receive my order 4 out of 9 items were incorrect. The Health Counter then asked me to return the incorrect items and insisted on receiving them BEFORE they dispatched the items I paid for over a month earlier !!
Did I receive anything other than empty apologies for my time and the inconvience of queuing at the Post Office? NO!
