DO NOT USE CURRY'S INSTALLATION SERVICE!!! Particularly if you work Monday to Fridays. Had a machine delivered and installed on a Saturday (Had to wait 2 weeks anyway as needed this service on a Saturday). Machine was delivered and installed, after engineers left I used it and halfway through the wash an error message came up which when looking at manual was an installation fault. Called Hotpoint who referred me to Currys as it was installation issue, phoned Currys who then referred me back to Hotpoint. I complained as I had already called them, they said they would look into it and call me back. Didn't hear anything, called them myself on Sunday morning and they can't get anyone out until Wednesday which we can't make because we both will be at work. We will therefore have to wait another week-the machine is full of water with a flashing error and there is absolutely nothing I can do! When asking to speak to someone more senior as couldn't believe this was our only option I was then cut off despite holding for another 20 minutes. Will NEVER opt for this service again as if I had organised installation myself I wouldn't have this issue now, I thought going with 'the UK's largest electrical retailer' would have been my best bet -how wrong I am!!
