Rentalcars

No cars were available at my arrival. RentalCars wants to charge me for no service! Bad customer service!

I have made my booking at rentalcars.com informing my flight number from Paris to Clermont-Ferrand on satuday feb 23. Avis, which was supposed to rent the car was closed when I arrived. I had to wait for one hour for a taxi as the airport was almost desert.

I've called the custumer service but they want me to negotiate with AVIS! Unfortunatelly AVIS just works Mon-Fri in Clermont-Ferrand so I have no car.

At the end of the day they want to charge me for no service.
