Excellent customer service

Fantastic customer service, best I've experienced in some time. Kept me fully up to date with stock status as out of stock when initially ordered. Gift wrapped and presented beautifully when product arrived, and product price good.
Many suppliers have increased the price of this product due to Skyfall link, but Havens did not cash in on this marketing ploy keeping the price in line with royal doulton's RRP.
