I enquired about availability of the new Garmin Edge 510 (as no one else had it in stock) and Sigma were showing it 'in stock' i didn't want to order and then have the item put on back order.
the lady i emailed assured me they had just arrived and are ready for dispatch, i ordered on thursday evening, with special delivery for saturday.
It didn't arrive on saturday, no fault of Sigma sport, but Royal mail!
I rang on monday morning, the member of staff was very apologetic and tracked my Garmin, explaining Royal mail had let them down quite a lot recently, my Garmin arrived 1 hour later.
Excellent service by Sigma sport......not too hot by Royal mail!
