Price offered is different from price asked to pay

I checked air fee at skyscanner and then chose skytour. However, price offered as skyscanner is cheaper than that is offered at sky-tour's web. So, I was forced to pay more than expected.
Any proceeding is speedy, and I satisfied it. But, please improve this situation.
