I have given Nigel O'Hara's chance after chance to make things right - finally I have lost patience and so all I can do is warn others so that they don't buy from this company and have the same experience as me. I ordered a watch for my boyfriend for Christmas. I was initially happy - it was the watch he wanted at an excellent price. I soon had an email to say the item had been dispatched. When it didn't arrive I rang the company who told me it was with their courier and they were sure it would be delivered in the next few days. I waited and it still didn't come. I rang again and they said they would check with their courier and ring me back. They didn't. I rang again - again they said they would check with their courier and ring me back. They didn't. I rang to complain and asked to speak to the manager. I was told that the manager didn't speak to customers but that I could email. I emailed and guess what - no response at all! I rang again - by this time it was the last weekend before Christmas. The company was still telling me to "trust them" and that they were sure my item would be delivered. I didn't share their optimism and so asked them to dispatch another watch to me. Eventually they agreed. I was very pleased when the next day my watch was delivered. I was surprised when the next day another watch was delivered.
Many of my friends said to me that I should hang onto the second watch and sell it on ebay - I had been lucky. But I'm an honest soul and didn't feel comfortable doing that so I emailed Nigel O'Hara's to explain and say that I would be happy to return the second watch but didn't want to be out of pocket for my troubles and so would they pay my postage costs. I had an email back saying that of course they would. I duly posted the watch back. Have I been refunded my postage costs? No - of course I haven't! I emailed after a couple of weeks to chase them up and had a reply to say the refund was being processed and would be in my account within a couple of days. A week later it wasn't so I emailed again and guess what - no reply at all. Another week on and I still haven't had my money back so I've finally lost patience. So I'm out of pocket for doing the right thing. All I can say is don't use this company. They do not know the meaning of customer service!
